Section1: SiS315 Driver Installation Guide SiS315 supports operation system Windows 2000,­ windows XP and Windows 98/­98SE/­ME.­ These drivers have been packaged as self-extracting executable files and named as "315w2kXP.­exe" and "315w98me.­exe" respectively.­ They are available on SiS web page now.­ After downloading the driver file which matches your operation system.­ Users are able to install the driver by simply executing the file "315w98me.­exe" under Windows 98/­SE/­ME or executing the file "315w2KXP.­exe" under Windows 2000/­XP.­ Section2: Note 1.­ SiS315 Windows2000,­ Windows XP,­ Windows98 and Windows-ME drivers required DirectX 8.­0 or later.­ However,­ DirectX is not included in these driver packages.­ Anyone who needs DirectX installed has to do extra installation.­ DirectX driver can be obtained from Microsoft web site.­ 2.­ SiS315 drivers on SiS web site are standard package provided by SiS and it is slightly different from those provided by SiS315 card makers.­ Some enhanced feature which is provided by VGA card maker is not included in SiS standard package.­
